An Easy And Tasty Dish

If you want to make an even more attractive dish, you can add cream when it is finished.

However you will need some utensils in order to conjure the potato soup. You should find a chopping board, wooden spoon, a small and large knife, a pan with a lid, colander and a vegetable peeler. However, if you want to add something extra to your soup find an electric blender so that you can make it creamier. Of course, this depends only on your own taste and preferences.

For starters peel all the potatoes and then dice them. Then you can start coring the tomatoes and also dice them. After all this is done, cut the leeks in half and then slice them to small rings. Once you have sliced them, rinse them under water so that all the dirt is removed from them. The next step is to rinse the parsley and afterwards shake it for a while to remove any water left on it. Then chop it and make sure to chop it into the smallest pieces possible.

When you have finished with all that, it’s time to start the actual cooking. Put the pan on a heater and set the heat to low, then add oil and butter and wait for a while until they melt and mix. Then add the leeks and stir them until they wilt. Put the tomatoes in the pan and increase the heat to high and let them stew. Then add the potatoes and stir for five-six minutes until the vegetables boil. Afterwards, add water so that you cover all the vegetables.

While the dish is cooking add seasoning herbs like salt and paper depending on your taste. Afterwards let the meal cook for at least thirty minutes and cover it with a lid. When the thirty minutes pass, just remove the pan from the heater and let it cool. You can if you want use an electric blender to blend the dish and make it cream like. Afterwards, add the parsley and cream and enjoy a marvelous soup.
