That is why if you have a fascination for granola, try preparing a mix at home.
You should be careful about the apparently healthy food items. Those may contain fat inside. Think of the veggie burger taken at lunchtime. If the burger uses some fat, can you call it healthy vegetarian item?
You may think that veggie burger may be the lesser of the evils but the fact may be opposite. People think that the veggie burger must contain less fat than the meat burgers. However, when you add cheese and some other items, the veggie becomes more destructive than the meaty one.
