This will keep you a little relaxed in the morning, when you will find the dishes clean, the clothes all sorted out for the kids, the lunch ready, etc. Making each child responsible for getting ready on their own, will also take some pressure off of you.

It is highly recommended that you store healthy eatables in your kitchen, which will not require any additional cooking, and your kids will get the necessary morning share of vitamins and proteins too. Flavored milk, cereals, etc. can all be used for the purpose.

One more trick to cut back on your morning rush is to ensure that you don’t let you children watch TV. As it will waste a lot of time, when the kids just sit in front of the TV, doing nothing to get ready.

You may give them the option of getting to watch the TV, after they have brushed their teeth, had their breakfast, and got dressed.

Organizing everything would be the best option to be followed, since it would make the final process fast paced. You can separate all the items according to their priority or you can have each child’s stuff in the separate place.

Make separate portions for each child to store their own stuff in, like their bags, books, etc. which will make everyone’s tasks easy and simple.
