Tom yam – This is considered as one of the most well-liked Thai recipes for soup. Generally, shrimps are tried to cook this scrumptious soup but other seafood or chicken can also be used.

Som tam – Grated papaya salad. There are quite a few variations: the salad can be served either with salty black crab, with peanuts, shrimps and palm sugar, or with salted fish, eggplant, and long beans.

Satay – Although it is an Indonesian recipe, but Thai cooking is also famous for cooking satay. Satay is basically a type of chicken or pork delicacy made by grilling the meat on skewers. It can be complimented with peanut sauce or cucumber salad.
