The All-New Soda Siphon is Back in Style
The old concept of CO2 cartridges and soda siphons is quite a rage nowadays. The soda siphon or the seltzer bottle originated in the early 1800s. The 1920s saw it being used extensively. In those days, soda from glass bottles was emptied into a heavy glass siphon and the bottles were given back to the stores.
